Official Document Processing for Current Students

The first step to ensure your academic credits are processed correctly is to submit your official transcript(s) from the original institution(s) to the undergraduate admission office (please review submission methods below).

After the undergraduate admission office reviews and processes your transcript(s), we will forward your documents to the Registrar’s Office, who will post credits to your degree audit.

Submitting Official Documents

Electronically

Electronic transcripts are our preferred method of submission and are accepted from the following vendors:

  • Credentials, Inc.
  • E-Scrip
  • National Student Clearinghouse
  • Naviance
  • Parchment - must be sent as “final” document type
  • Scoir
  • Certree - approved only for Bakersfield, Cerro Coso, and Porterville
  • Scribbles

We must receive your transcript directly from the transcript vendor.  Make sure to select UCLA Undergraduate Admission if required by vendor.

We will not accept transcripts sent through email as official. If your school does not utilize these vendors, you will need to submit official paper copies of your documents.

By Mail

Note: Official documents sent by mail will require additional processing time to reflect on your academic record.

Paper documents will only be considered official if sent in a sealed school envelope with a stamp or signature on the flap of the envelope.

Sending Test Scores

AP or IB Scores

If you passed any Advanced Placement (AP) or higher-level International Baccalaureate (IB) exams, you must have the testing agency send the official results to the UCLA undergraduate admission office to receive credit.
