The goal of the BBRC is to cultivate community, family and power while uplifting, supporting and inspiring UCLA’s Black and African Diaspora students.

Through cross-campus collaboration among experts, scholars and leaders, teaching programs and training, DaD models and promotes intellectual engagement, curiosity, empathy, active listening and critical thinking to help the UCLA community navigate our increasingly complex world.
